You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

• Item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or receipt is required

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@valenora.ca to begin a return. Once accepted, we'll send you a free return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package — return shipping is on us.

Refunds

Approved returns may be redeemed for an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
