Warranty

All Valenora bags are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. Every item is inspected before it ships.

What's covered:

• Manufacturing defects (stitching, hardware, lining)
• Workmanship issues that appear during normal use within 1 year of delivery

What's not covered:

• Damage from normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Modifications made to the bag after purchase

If your claim is approved, we cover return shipping both ways — sending the item to us, and sending your repaired or replacement item back to you. Each claim is reviewed individually.
